History

Skin+Bone was founded in October 2022 by Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr Avanthi Mandaleson, with the intention of providing a multi-disciplinary specialist model of care for common skin and musculoskeletal problems. We aim to streamline access to a range of surgeons and allied health practitioners with varying areas of expertise.

Skin+Bone is supported by an experienced administrative team that collate your information, connect you with the appropriate specialist or allied health provider, and help you get back on the path to recovery as soon as possible.

Directors

Dr Avanthi Mandaleson

Avanthi is passionate about bringing value and accessibility to patients in healthcare. She brings leadership and vision to Skin+Bone from her engagement across the spectrum of Orthoapedic care, including education and training, service development and multi-disciplinary care teams.

Dr Krishna Mandaleson

Krishna has dedicated his career to advocating for patients and delivering systems improvement in public hospital systems in the UK and Australia. He brings decades of experience in designing and delivering award winning and innovative healthcare access services. His background as a geriatrician and general physician and experience as a hospital medical director and departmental head allows Skin+Bone to deliver on its vision of providing best practice and value-based care to patients.
